Where, where, where are you?? So few sheepies here in NM, welcome!! |
I know, there are so very few sheepies in NM..we are in Tijeras, in the mountains outside of Albuquerque. Where are you at? |
South Valley. |
Hi, hi! Welcome and can't wait to see pictures. I lived in Red River for many years....people often said Winston was the only sheepdog they'd seen in the area too. |
Wow! We are not that far from each other!! We are enjoying Maggies antics and working with her so she will be socially acceptable one day. She is about 12 days away from being able to be out in public and we are looking forward to being able to take her for walks. |
Welcome Maggie and Maggies Mom, sending G'days from the land downunder
She is a cutie. |
She is adorable!!! |
Thank you all..getting Maggie has been the greatest adventure. I am still trying to figure out how to post an picture of her next to my name but my pictures are too big..I will get it figured out. |
Welcome to the forum
I LOVE the pic of her on the doggie bed |
We learned very quickly that Maggie loves her creature comforts. And she is pretty much as laid back as that picture shows, except twice a day where she becomes supermaggie and will plow down anyone or anything in her way. Redirection has become our middle names. Its just my husband and myself and one old cat and I work from home so its all about Maggie right now. You cannot spoil a dog with love. |
What a cuddlebum Maggie is. Oh sure know about the Marathon Run. Enjoy your girl! |
Ah! So cute!
Welcome to the forums. |
Welcome Maggie and Maggie's Mom from Minnesota.
I love the pictures - she is so adorable! |
Welcome and I just love your new baby. Look forward to loads of photos...xx |
Ron..........what's your term for the mindless running about.........FRAP?? What does it stand for??
Yes, MO still goes into a FRAP every once in awhile. |
I think FRAP stands for Frenetic Random Activity Period. |
That's right, Val, and I believe it was Jil that coined that phrase. It certainly fits a sheepie perfectly.
Welcome Maggie & Maggie's Mom. |
Welcome, Maggie and Maggie's Mom from PA! Maggie is just beautiful and I also just love that picture of her sleeping on her bed.
Yep, FRAP describes certain times of day that we ALL know about! One word of caution - protect your knees!! |
My sister has a Tibetian terrier and when he got all wound up and started running around she called it the Zoomies. And you are right protect your knees and wear steel toed boots. We head for the backyard when the zoomies start and play with her balls and for some reason she has decided that metal mixing bowls are a lot of fun. They make a lot of noise and she can carry them around. She is sleeping right now...phew.... |
Welcome from Southern California!
Maggie is adorable! |
