puppy reaction to vaccinations

Hi we have a new puppy, and he is only 7 weeks old. He was given his first shot by the breeder, and we tok him to the vet today, where he got his second shot. He did ok during the shot but did cry and whimper a few seconds after. He seemed fine until a few hours later. Now he cries and whimpers loudly if we try to pick him up. He didn't eat as much as usual, and had a little diarrehea. He just doesn't seem to be himself. Can anyone out there give me some advise? Should I take him back to the vet tomorrow, or am I over worrying?

call your vet today!!!! I have never had a reaction like that from any of my dogs.

Im concerned as to why your 7 week old puppy has already had TWO sets of vaccinations???

I usually give the FIRST set of vaccinations as close to the 8 week mark as possible, since they still carry immunity from their mom. The second set of vaccines are given 4 weeks later, followed by the third set another 4 weeks later.

Seek medical attention for that puppy IMMEDIATELY!!
