OMG, how insanely horrible! That poor baby. He still may never be able to walk again, and he's only 4 months old!  My heart is just breaking for him.  |

I cannot imagine a human being acting so cruel as this - what horror. What is the reason for these acts of torture from the stabbing to spray painting his face to stuffing him in a plastic bad - what is the point? God help the perpetrator of these heinous crimes. So happy the dog is being cared for and improving day by day. |
| The red spray paint part caught my eye. Could this be a gang related incident? With Bob's profession, I've become more aware of gang activity than I care to know. The blood's "tag" with red spray paint. Could this be a new low for even them???
