It's always so exciting to see another sheepie when you're out & about. I nearly accosted a woman in the Banfield Vet lobby (it's inside Petsmart) a few weeks ago trying to get to her 4 month old sheepie puppy. I was so excited to see one! It was the first time I'd ever seen another sheepie in this area that I didn't already know.
Now...on a side note...what's a car boot sale?? Is that like a flea market? |
car boots are fun we did one Saturday (as in sold at one) and made £95. You sell stuff literally out of the back of your car. They have them at the weekends and you can pick up just about anything you want. Not sure about a flea market though? |
Flea markets around here are usually vendors selling things from tables that they rent. Mostly the vendors are regulars. |

We have some of those here too..but what they sell, isn't legal |
We end up talking to people because they have OES or because they come over to make a fuss of George and either have one or have had one. (does that make sense??)
I think it's like a secret club, and you are only a member if you have or have had a sheepie |
That's funny the only time I ever even talk to anyone I don't know is when they have a dog otherwise I stay to myself.
I totally go crazy when I see someone with a sheepie. I wonder why?? |
Happens to us all! I about ran off the road when I saw a big beautiful full coat job on a walking trail paralleling the road way. |
I have only seen one other OES since I got Mona but some guy nearly wrecked one day when he saw me and Mona getting out of the car and he came back and said as a kid he had one and he was so excited.
The car boot sale sounds fun too!!!!!!!!! |
