* 1/4C mayo * 1T dijon mustard * 1/2t prepared horseradish * 1T lemon juice * 1/2C bread crumbs, divided * 2T grated Parmesan, divided * 4 halibut fillets (mine were about an inch and a half thick) * 1T margarine, melted oven 350 degrees pam on baking sheet mix mayo, mustard, horseradish & lemon juice. Stir in 1/4C breadcrumbs& 1T Parmesan. spread mixture over fish then mix together melted butter, 1/4C bread crumbs, and 1T Parmesan. Sprinkle over halibut Bake 15-18 min. or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |

It's halibut season.......they'd taste good even if you dragged them through the dirt first.
However, this recipe is far better. The horseradish must give it that extra ooomph! You are going to make me go into town to the fish market...... |
Mmm, that sounds good. I have basically the same recipe but for chicken. I'll have to try it on the fish. Oh, and of course substitute the mayo for sourcream, because we all know MAYO IS GROSS |
