Deana, this site tells how to prepare clams for freezing. I wouldn't think you could freeze clams in the shells, but apparently you can! |

Well I bought 2 bags today 100 clams each. I need to move things around in my big freezer and see if I can get 2 more in there. Then 1 for this week end. We love any kind of seafood. so if I see a sale I buy in large quantities.
Not so long ago a meat store had chicken breasts on sale, but you had to buy it by the box. We got 3 boxes about 35 lbs.@ $1.99 a pound boneless skinless. I am ready for the summer. This is when my food saver comes in handy. |
