Hearworm meds??
Guinness (our OES) always seems to have a problem with a sour tummy and runny stools for a few days after we give him his. Right now he is getting Interceptor (spelling?). However, Murphy (our Border Collie) does fine on them. We used to give our last dog Heartgard and he did fine on that, but our vet really would rather that they received the Interceptor because of both of them being herding dogs(?)-I know that I had heard something about this a long time ago, but can't remember what it was. What are your recommdations, ideas or thoughts? I just worry about all medications, but I know that they have to have these! |

| I use Revolution year round for Maisey and Kuzco.
They have never had side effects, and I am very concious to watch for them. I have heard that some people do have problem with it, though... I am sure this topic is gonna be hot... I'll get my oven mitts and wait....woohoo  |
| I personally believe that Revolution is one of the better products out there. Not only does it cover fleas and heartworm but other parasites as well. It is also least likely to cause digestive upset or other reactions. It is the product we recommend most at the day practice I work at. |
