im tan, feel great and am still bald....sigh...food is excellent...ive eaten lobster 3xs, lots of mahi mahi and also some crappy philly sandwich...its been excellent so far.. i miss panda horribly...i think collie is taking care of her....the little pooch gift store closed so i cant get her a hawaiian stuffie..... illl be back on for sure on the 23rd...dont do anything too fun without me.... xoxo, me |

Hope your having a Funtastic time, what the heck is Mahi Mahi? 
Are you allowed to drink a tropical Coctail ? If so then sip on a Pina Colada for me while soaking up the sunshine and beach. Make sure it has one of those little umbrellas sticking out of it and the fruit hanging off the side of the glass, HEY that makes it healthy doesnt it ?.

Sheesh I didn't know you were on vacation!!! I woulda begged to sneak in your suitcase...but would have meant leaving your gazillion pairs of shoes at home. Then again on the beach you only need flip flops. Hope you come back tanned and refreshed - you're missed! Hope you do fun stuff without me anyhow.

MahiMahi is also called Dorado, DolphinFish and sometimes Dolphin but it's not THE Dolphin like Flipper, the mammal..........it's a fish. I just watched a fishing show where they were fishing for Dorado in Argentina, so it's not just around Hawaii. Maybe it's over by you too. Big and fast fish, takes a strong fisherman to get them. Delicious fish. |

You come back on my birthday...should be a good travel day. I am leaving for Argentina on the 3rd...but it will be Fall there. Hang loose and enjoy the lovely Hawaiian beaches...and clean ocean water where you can see the fishes swim around your feet. I am jealous. |

| well, its our last day here....and brian is sick...really sick...he spent all day yesterday and all of today so far in bed....he some how aquired a nasty cold......poor baby......
i am ready to come home though..i miss panda, cooking and my bed. work should take a week to get everything re-organized from cisco..hehe... oh and i now officially have peach fuzz.....the salt water and sun have had a good effect on my ''dome''..... cant wait to show pictures on wed!! |

| Caught a nasty cold on honeymoon to Hawaii. Bummer, but did enjoy the Vicks Vapor Run on the chest........ Hope Brians doesn't have trouble with the air pressure in the plane!

milk and peppers are a tad bit high on the island....the milks regular price said $10.29..
i dont know what kind of tree this is, but it is so perfectly manicured and canopied......i had to take a pic.. 
this is the view from the balcony....they just redid that hotel (its an embassy suites)....just beautiful! 
what would hawaii be without some hula girls???? 
okay here is the story of a girl named darcy, who decided one night that it would alright if she had a few cocktails...i mean heck, she DESERVES a few cocktails.......soooooo, 3 glasses of wine and 1 pina colada later... 
everyone is happy, happy, happy.... Brian "lets walk on the beach..." Darcy "nooo brian, i dont want tooooo.." Brian "Please walk on the beach...' Darcy.."sigh..Okay"... were walking/stumbling, laughing etc...im swinging my purse and shoes...bla bla bla...you get the picture...when the beach comes to an end and you climb several stairs then go to the beach walk...to be able to continue on.... we get to the stairs and brian wants to take some pics of the beach...but while we were walking, he BET me that i couldnt walk this break wall...sheesh....you NEVER bet drunk darcy...so while he is taking pictures of the beach... 
i climb thru the railing and start walking the break wall...i got 3/4 of the way out there when i was taken out by a wave...crap!! i got wiped out... Brian in the meantime is still talking to me..he hasnt realized that ive left his side....he puts the camera down and turns to my purse and shoes...he sees nothing..(i must have just wiped out)...starts running to the beach..and this nice old couple pulls me out (mermaid style) ..except that my wig is totally askew, water proof mascara is NOT water proof in salt water, and obviously soaked to the skin....mortification!! 
I got yelled at the whole rest of the walk back....sheesh...everyone should know better than to make a bet with a drunk person...btw...since i fell off, i didnt get the hour beach massage..(i did try the sympathy route..didnt work)... moral of the story...if youre going to try to do something that stupid...make sure you have REAL HAIR and wear pool shoes...your feet get cut up on the rocks....... okaayyyy...here is a picture of the main hall in the royal hawaiian...for some reason it always reminds me of the great hall in "The Shining" 
so, that was my two weeks in hawaii....as you can tell, i was busy doing stupid things that i missed out on in the last few months....boy, does it feel good to be back! |

| Oh well Darcy...it wouldn't be a completed vacation without you pulling a "Darcy." How did Brian handle the airplane trip with his cold? I once had to ride home from Michigan a 2 hrs trip and my ears hurt so bad most of the trip...so I really felt Brian's pain. I hope he gets better soon. |
| he went to the cigna health clinic at 8 pm last night....he has a bad case of bronchitus...3 different meds and a breathing treatment later...he's doing okay.....
but yeah, he was really grumpy on the plane...he doesnt get sick often, so when he does, he lets everyone know it. 
he is a big baby.....obviously he didnt learn my mantra..."suck it up!"  |
