You're the Inspiration
Funny part is that I instantly called her Cookie. Her new mommy took her home to her teenage daughter who said - Oh she is so cute, can we call her Cookie? (she did not know that I was calling her Cookie) What a cute coincidence. sometimes they do pick their own name. Anyway. Sorry if I have rambled - just thought you all should know what a great domino effect you have had. I hope many others continue to be inspired. Foster, help with just emailing, donate - do yourself a favor - it feels great and is much better for you than a valium!:P |

Helping with rescue and doing therapy dog work are my 2 favorite volunteer activities! 
My foster basset just got placed this weekend, and my daughter LeAnne is bringing another to my training classes to get him more exposure and make him more adoptable. He lives with another foster home in town. I pick him up and take him to class for her to work with. This is the 2nd foster boy that LeAnne has taken to classes and trained! Just another way to volunteer and help the dogs. |
