| Do any of you know about www.billfoundation.org? I googled it when I saw your post. It is late and I can only email them. Can someone call their phone tomorrow and see if they can help these two? |

| I did. The voicemail greeting msg said:
1. email is the fastest way to contact them, they are not able to listen to all the voicemails left and return the calls. 2. They are not able to take anymore dogs now
