| Left-overs? Wish I had some!
I made both a ham and the lamb. My son, who is a die-hard ham fan, dove into the lamb like he's never eaten before. Said he can get ham any time. My nephew tried it for the first time and loved it too. SO - no left-overs!  |

| My fav is cold lamb sandwich, no, my real fav is sliced thin and put into a salad with a nice EVOO and vinegar dressing with garlic and oregano, tomatoes, cucumbers...........slurp. |
