Rescue transport

I haven't had much chance to look through all of these posts, so this may have already been done, but has anyone thought of setting up a list of prospective transport people? If we had a list of people and locations already in place, it could help speed a rescue along, especially when time is a big factor. I, for one, would be more than willing to transport.
