I’ve always used the traditional Wilton butter cream frosting, but that is a little too sweet for my next cake. I’m looking for one not too sugary sweet, but can still be piped. Thanks |

this is what I use for wedding / BD cakes--
2 lbs powdered sugar 1 1/2 cups crisco 1/2 cp water 2tsp almond extract adjust water as needed for desired consistancy |
