| When posting an email, please sanitize the names and addresses like I did above. Otherwise the email addresses get deluged with spam and email addresses get associated with people's names and that's not good. |

i thought that was the point... to get interested parties in touch with the folks who have the dog. what am i missing? |
| It is the point, you're right. But not directly on oes.org.
Links to petfinder are good, and Winnifred's list can be contacted directly. I don't want to further decentralize things so that rescues listing dogs in need need to track 50 websites that have published the details. It's way too much of a management issue for me to keep listings current. All oes.org posts are "forever" and I don't want to be flooded with requests to remove listings and email addresses and phone numbers, and I don't want to be responsible for people getting flooded with spam. 
Finally, I don't want oes.org to be responsible for any dogs falling through the cracks. |
| Hi,
I updated the list this morning. I'm not sure if I picked up the dog you guys were talking about. If any anyone has a link please PM me and I'll get it posted. Sorry I didn't update the list yesterday, but our foster boy has learned to leap our fence at a single bound! Then he taught "Little" Stella the trick. So I spent yesterday tearing down the old fence in preparation for a new stronger, faster, taller fence. It was supposed to start going up today but it's raining.
