| I don't know about Pekegnese (or Pekingese, or Pekinese), but in OES it means simply that the eyes are blue.
Value to the dog? Do you mean is a blue eyed dog worth more than a brown eyed dog? If so, then the answer is "Only to a breeder interested in making more money." Try checking with these folks: Pekingese Rescue and see what they have to say about your breeder or your questions. Good luck! |
