Dog Cart Needed in CT

There is a very special woman here in Shelton, CT that takes in geriatric dogs that are dumped at the pound, and lets them live out their life in her home. She called tonight, and one of her dogs is now paralyzed in the back end, and in desperate need of a cart. She doesn't have any money as she spends everything on the dogs she takes in. She is seeking a donation of a cart for a dog who is probably a Beagle / Dachsund mix, about 20 pounds, short legged and bit overweight. I can donate some funds if need be, but it would be great if someone had one they weren't using. We can always return it when she is done using it.
