I feed my dogs 2 types of food, one is low in protein and they love(main reason why I pay it) I get it from the vets it is t/d science diet big bites. The kibble is huge and it is to be good for their teeth... other reason why I STARTED to buy it. For a big bag $60.00. They have reguar bites but for some reason they like the bigger stuff.. vet says others have said the same thing. Small bag around $15.00 it's a good size if ya want to feed it to them as treats. |
Are you saying he's getting more protein than he should or more food than he should? I'm confused.
If you're feeding him the recommended amount for his age/size and he's still hungry, you could always use "fillers" in his diet to fill him up without adding many calories. I'd suggest something good for him like veggies...green beans and carrots are good ones to start. |
