Farewell dear lady .....
But I just got a phone call that I wanted to share with you all. Nanci (my permanent foster girl Claudia's Mom ) has passed away yesterday morning in her sleep. It was such a honor to know such a kind and loving person and even more an honor to have her old girl here to love every day. One of Nanci last request to her friends and family was"No flowers instead for them to donate to Old English Sheepdog Rescue Network of the Southeast (ingrid' rescue ) in her memory for what the rescue did for her by saving her old girl Claudia from having no where to go as Nanci's cancer progressed. " Farewell dear lady ,until we meet again".................

| I am so sorry to hear of your friends passing....From what you wrote, I imagine her at rainbow bridge surrounded by the animals she loves.
My prayers and thoughts are with you and her family. |

That photograph just touched my heart. The look of love in Nanci's eyes gazing down at her beloved sheepie is priceless. Thank you for helping out this family and taking Claudia into your home. You made Nanci's passing so much easier knowing Claudia was in good care. How wonderful of you to have helped out this family - you are an amazing woman. That is also what I saw when I saw this picture posted last time. Even though I can't see Claudia's face in this picture, I can imagine the loving gaze must be mutual. Nanci is now in the heaven looking after all our beloved furkids that have made their journey over the rainbow bridge. They must be thrilled to have her there. And Nanci must still be very busy in receiving sheepies's welcome kisses now. |
