toddler cookies

Hi, I just tried a recipe for toddler cookies b/c my son is beginning to be interested in snacks. These are super healthy and not loaded with sugar or sodium like so many of the store bought pre packaged ones.
Toddler Cookies
3 over ripened bananas mashed
2 and 1/2 cup of quick oats
1/3 cup of honey
1/3 cup of applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
(I also added a handful of chocolate chips)
Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for 15 minutes and then bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
I let my little guy mash the bananas by putting them in a ziploc bag. It's great for their sensory development. Enjoy

Minus the chocolate chips I think my boys (4 legged) would love these :)
Those sound pretty good and I've got a nephew who would adore smashing bananas. I'll have to give these a try. Actually, substitute carob chips for chocolate chips and the wigglebums would like them, too. 8)
i just found this, thwey sound great my 2 year old will ove making these but can i us something other than apple sauce. he does not do well with apple sauce make him hyper as do many things.
