I did really well, but because I truly believe I have ADD, after about 40 minutes (it was a 60 minute class) I sorta lost my concentration. I did enjoy it, but I'm surprise by how sore I'm getting already. I work out with a trainer 2x a weeks, and yet Yoga must have worked muscles she doesn't make me use. Lordie! Just how many dormant muscles can I possibly have? Yep....I'll be going back....I'm a sucker................. |

Keep up the great work Deb!! |
That's great Deborah! I love yoga and I just found a place very close to me! I will be thinking of you during my yoga class. |
I love yoga too! I just got a prenatal yoga video, although I much prefer actually going to classes. Oh yeah, and yoga can make you SORE! |
I guess I really never thought about it. I always think of Yoga as tranquile and gentle. Boy...am I sore today! But, I'll be back there tomorrow night! (I'm hoping this is also building good karma!) |
I always found Yoga to be the best workout! and an hour may be too long, most ofmy clsses were 45 minutes. I really need to get back to that.......... |
I did Yoga all the time in college and loved it. It's the only thing I enjoyed doing. I just found out a Moving Arts group I signed lil J up for today has a mommy pilates, which I hope means I can bring the kids... if so, I look forward to doing that. I like feeling limber instead of a rusty old lady. |
