| Please do not get down. There are so many OES that need to be adopted. You have discovered that you love the breed, and so many OES possess the same characteristics. Keep trying to find one that has the personality you are looking for. I realize you had your heart set on Dudley, but I guarentee that you will fall in love with any OES you meet. They all have the goofy, loveable, "life is great" personality that we all love.
And I think Tulo is a great name. |
Please don't get discouraged. If you love the breed, believe me, it is worth waiting for the right dog. Rescue takes time. We have applicants that have been approved and wait for many months before the right dog for them comes along. In rescue, we strive to match the dog with its perfect family so that they are in their new home forever. Not every dog is suited for every family/person. Be patient, yours will come.  |
