Our son gave us one for Christmas - LOVE IT!- it is the only video game system I ever play. We have a number of friends who have gotten one or are looking for one as well. there is talk of wii championships  |
| I got one the Christmas that they first came out. It's lots of fun. It does get you moving, especially some of the sports games but there are games you can sit down for, too. Since we got Rock Band for PS3, we haven't really been playing it as much lately but we'll get back to it, I'm sure. |

| We have one, too. My son and husband love it (well, hubby did while he was home), so do our friends, I have never played it, lol, I prefer to read, but they love it. It also plays gamecube games, but you have to have gamecube remotes. If you can find one, its a lot of fun with a large variety of games available. The games aren't too bad it you get them used..... |

They are tons of fun, and very different from other systems out there. If you like old school nintendo/SNES games (mario 1-3, bubble-bobble, etc.) they offer those to download for a few dollars. As far as advise -keep the wrist strap on 
-get Wii Play as a game (it comes with a controller-all you have to buy then is a nun-chuck to set up a two player game system) -if you plan on downloading games from the wii database, buy a classic controller, some games will require it (it would really suck to download a game and realize that you need a different controller) -get the battery charging station (saves on AA's) -HAVE FUN! |
