I have a gap of one month between leaving my current house and moving into the next one. We have a two room suite reserved at a local motel which accepts people and animals so the gang will stay with me. I've let the office know that I will bring Willoughby to work from time to time. As I will be the boss and they are animal lovers , this will work out fine. I can take him home at noon for his nap and then we can go for our walk when I get home. I'm also arranging to transfer my horse to a stable nearby and he has been pronounced fit to travel by a vet who will be in our new location once a week if we need him. There is a whole story behind this but I won't go into it here. There is so much to do, I don't know where to start in the AM! |

Hi Lynda,
Moving is so exhausting, I don't envy you at all. I hope you get a lot accomplished, but don't over do it. Glad you and Marianne were able to get together again. I look forward to the pics. Willoughby at work!!! Doesn't get much better than that. That is so wonderful that your horse will be nearby you again. Wasn't he a ways away from you? |
Oh Lynda! You poor thing! I'm just done unpacking so I know how you feel. Unpacking is so much better! It's really nice that you can catch up with Marianne though and I can't wait to see those pictures!
How great is that you can take Willoughby to work? Good luck with packing...it's going to be over soon and then you can unpack! |
Getting together for tea sounds so lovely . Good luck with all your packing, it's such a tedious job. |
Lynda,
Thank you for the tea. It's always great to see you! Of course your furkids are all adorable and I love seeing them too! Marianne |
I'm glad you two got to get together again! (And thank you for tea pot shots!). That's great you can take Willoughby with you to work sometimes. |
Many thanks for your good wishes! I'm truly happy about this move. I will miss seing you, Marianne but if you can't visit me I will visit you! Stay tuned for more adventures. It ain't over yet! |
I'm glad things are all working out. That is great that Willoughby will get to come to work with you. I am jealous!
I would love to hear about your horse too. |
I'll start a new thread about Merlinlater. This has beena on-going saga! |
Still packing furiously: have to run out today to buy the last four snow tires in Vancouver that will fit my car! |
