We are going to Germany in Summer!
Now we where told that we need to go to the Vet between 48 and 24 hours before the return journey and the Vet has to be in the country we are taking the ship to go back to UK! That sounds now more difficult as I thought cause we can only go to France or Holland, therefor we need the Vet to be in one of these countries and have to stay somewhere (cost extra money, in Germany we stay for free! by anyone of our Family) to see the Vet and wait for next days Ferry. Anyone did this before? If so which country you went to and which Vet did you used and where did you stayed? Thanks soo much!!!!   |

| Hi there which part of Germany are you visiting? I have never taken my dogs over to the UK but I have friends who have and I can possibly find out details for you, please inform of the harbour where you intend leaving from. Have fun in Germany |
| My dad lives in Elmshorn which is close to Hamburg, my stepsister lives there too and my mom, brothers and friends live in Munich. So it's a big gab between Hamburg and Munich. It would be easier if they would all live in the same town.
I think we would be going to Calais/France which is 1 1/2 on the Ferry or we go to Hock of Holland (4 1/2hrs.) which is in Holland and bit closer to Hamburg. To decide which harbour we go we need to find out where it is easier to get an appointment with a good vet and a cheap stay overnight before we go onto the ferry. Then we can decide which harbour is the best one to go to! Any advice would be lovely! STill time though! We cant book until we got Charlie's Pet Passport! xx |

| Yep that could be a great idea to meet you! I thought about it aswell cause your close to Hamburg!!
I will let you know when we would leave UK and what dates exactly we would be in Hamburg !!!  I think it will be the last 2 weeks in august! |
