Get together for chat?
I was thinking it would be nice for us to plan a time to get together for a real time (sort of) chat. There is a chat room I began going to many years ago, when it was all still relatively new, and helped to create the beta version for, tested out the bugs etc.... Now this chat is still going and has some very old members, but it is not java (not instant) it is html, which simply means you have to click a submit button for messages to go through, so it is a little outdated, and we have been working (stalling) on bringing it up to date for years, but decided we would leave it as is because this way we get no spammers invading chat.  There are several rooms, the main one being Castle Noir, but we could plan a meeting for one of the least used rooms, like Le Rendezvous.
If anyone is interested, you would need to go and register and a password is sent immediately. No pop ups, no spammers, and no email addys are shared from our site. Since we don't want any valuable sheepie info or stories lost forever to a chat, I can copy and paste transcripts here to oes.org forum, if that is ok with Ron. If we enjoy this maybe we can make it a weekly thing or something. |

Of course, you can count me in for a chat. If it has to do with Sheepies, cats, or kids, you can count me in.

| Yup...sounds like fun..I would try to make it too.
The Easterners have a three hour time difference from those in the West but that won't really be a problem if a time after dinner is chosen 5/6 ish for the West and 8/9ish for those in the East or a weekend. Let me know when and I'll be there. Marianne |
