Wonderful news!!
Can't wait to see pictures of your new area!!! |
Congrats Lynda!!!!! So happy for you and now that's out of the way - time for you to go onto the second phase - house hunting for yourself!
I was looking forward to getting together with you today, sorry had to cancel. I'll be heading to Vancouver. There's an condo my that my son interested in that has an open house today, he's at work today, so he asked that I check it out for him. I'm so proud of him, he's been saving up since he was 16 and has walked to work for over 3 years to save up his cash. The last two weeks have been hectic as we met with realtors and a wonderful morgage broker - sigh I know how you feel! You had it tougher howevever. Much more difficult when selling your place as having to prepare for potential buyers going in and out. I get the willies thinking what would I do with all my critters if I decide to sell? Shudders! Again congrats to you!!!!! I'll bring some goodies with me when we meet again to celebrate! Hugs to the furkids Marianne |
Sounds like a house full of happy wonderers. |
where are you planning to move? I may have missed that before? |
I'm moving to the Thompson region: I have a new job starting March 3. I was living in the Okanagan before moving to the Lower mainland , again for a job. It's expensive to stay employed! |
The gang are watching me pack with variorus stages of glee. I forgot to close Willoughby's baby gate when I went upstairs and he escaped into the ktichen where he ate all the cat food and stole a cat mousie. My friend Pauline across the street came over to bring paper and take back with her two of my large plants. They won't survive as I may have things stored for a week on the moving van.Willoughby greets her and other visitors by doing a little dance, grinning and squeaking. Very cute.! I haven't caught it yet on the camera! Meantime, Percy is standing in front of my screen, meowing. No dull moments here! |
Congrat Lynda!!
I wish you lots of luck with your house hunting and the move. |
That's great, Lynda. Glad your place sold! Good luck with the house hunting tomorrow. Sounds exciting to me. |
Glad you got your house sold, now you can go on to the fun stuff: finding a new place . Good luck! |
I have a new house! One I had seen on my visit two weeks ago! It's a small detached house with a back garden just big enough for Willoughby to burn off some steam! It needs fencing on two sides but that shouldn't be a problem when the ground thaws. I will post pictures soon. I have to go to the interior to see my horse and have another vet review his physical status. With luck, I can move him to be nearer where I live. Stay tuned. Things are looking up! There are complications but I'm hoping to work them out. The closing dates are one month apart so we will have to camp somewhere for that time. |
Congrats!! I am so happy for you!!
Can't wait to see pics of the new place. |
That's great, Lynda! |
