not really cooking but I made a bread pudding the other day. I used a wholemeal loaf that had got stale. I cut the crusts off first and baked them on the bottom of my oven. They went lovely and crisp. The sheepie loves them. Got them in a tin. I used to feed my yorkie these about 35 years ago soaked in gravy when they were puppies.
