Sorry it is so inconvenient for you, really. But think of all the taxes and fees Arizona is getting out of this! $1,000+ for a hotel room for a night generates a LOT of taxes! Hopefully a little boom that will continue to have a little boomlet of economic benefit for a while. I saw a Motel 6 getting $499 a night! A convent was getting $250 plus $50 per extra person per night for a room! They plan on using the money to pay off some land they bought next door. Maybe some construction there afterwards?!? Fear not, by Tuesday most will be back to normal, except for the hangover. |

| Maybe you can turn the event into a money maker. How about putting some backpacks on the dogs, and loading them up with some bottled water to sell to the crowds?
I love to crowd watch. I think I would go set a chair up at the stadium and just hang out... |
