I've never done much bread baking outside of a few boxed versions for the bread machine.  But, I sure do like to smell it baking and enjoy eating bresh baked bread when it comes out of the oven. So, let us know when you're baking and we'll be right over.  |

People? Coming over? YES PLEASE, LOL. Hubby being deployed makes for long lonely days. I will bake......lots of goodies. Bread, danish, cookies, pies....I love to bake. I grew up helping my mom bake bread, and now (don't tell mom) I bake better bread. In fact at Christmas I was visiting my parents and made some for them. Dad thought it was excellent and mom wanted my recipe. I am also looking for a fabulous foccacia bread recipe. I have one that is pretty good, but am always in the market for excellent recipes. I will have to post the recipe for Cherry Danish that I just made and shared with my neighbors. They ate the entire portion (half of a 9x13 pan) that I took over before the end of the night. AND THERE'S ONLY TWO OF THEM!!!  But its great cooking for people who appreciate it. I hate cooking for overly picky people, just wanna slap them, lol. BRING ON THE RECIPES!!!! |
