They live about 5 blocks from me. I've seen the SBL mix, but not the Sheepie. I walk the dogs past their house at least twice a week. |
You'll need to go and introduce yourself!
(and our forum!) |
Knock on the door and introduce yourself to Marley. |

That's hilarious. Small world. |

(and our forum!) We have a community intranet. They will know about the forum very soon. Normally I would walk the dogs over and knock on the door, but its too darn cold today! So cold Ellie and Buffett were in a hurry to get home from our afternoon walk. Utah has evil wind. looking out the window and thinking to herself.... it's time to stop talking and move to Ashville, where you can still play golf and ride a motorcycle now and then during the winter. |
If you mean Asheville, NC, then by all means, get a move on!! |

Exactly, Asheville, NC. It seems to be the winner for our last home location...It will take a couple years to make it happen. Would love to hear any input from ya'll. |
Asheville's a great city to live in. You'll love it. Lots of very artsy things going on there and they're very dog friendly, too. |

They need to find a home for Marley. She's coming to live with us tomorrow morning until we can find a furever home for her. I'll have photo's tomorrow. She's a doll. |
That's sad to read. I see in their blog that they've been off to Disney, that Mom is pregnant and becoming involved in politics. I see a total of 8 mentions of Marley on their blog since January.
Some people just aren't as sheepie-obsessed as we are!! In all fairness, I don't know any of the reasons or the story. I'm just sayin'. I hope the next placement for Marley is permanent!!! Can we help spread the word or do you have a home in mind? |

But, she is still a pup at 20 months and hit a little bump in the road. I uploaded some photos and will put her story in the rescue section. Thanks Ron, as always your efforts and oes.org are helping another deserving Sheepie. |
I recall being concerned when reading that first blog entry that they were getting a 1 year old OES and happy that it wasn't a puppy because they wouldn't want to go through THAT....
I wonder how the miscommunication happened? |
She is gorgeous. I wish I had a husband who would say yes - he just asks me which dog which we are getting rid of first. |
I wish I could give her a home. She is a BEAUTIFUL dog. I wonder what the reason is for giving her up. |
