If she is drinking water they will swell up and may be difficult to pass.
You could give it some time to see if she passes them but my advice would be to go to the vet incase they are causing a blockage. |
Please contact the vet immediately. As Vicki & George said, blockage or obstruction is a likely possibility and it can be a life threatening.

GO to the Vet. They will only swell as they feel the need to drink. A pug's belly could obstruct pretty fast given what she ate. Please let us know how she's doing. |
It's probably too late now, since this was posted this morning, but when our dog ate a panty hose knee high, the vet told us to induce vomiting by giving her a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide. It came right up, although poor Nanny wasn't very happy about it. Sometimes, even when you're watching them, they'll just gobble stuff up. They are faster than we are in that department.
