I was so proud of him......the girl from China is afraid of dogs and in an hour she was petting him....sheepies win another heart....what a great time we had...... |

That sounds like fun. We had exchange students for many years, and I miss the international aspects of the holiday season. We did get Christmas emails from past students - in Germany and Bolivia. |
I love sharing a table with people from various cultures and backgrounds! Your event sounded wonderful!
A few years ago I taught ESL at a college and one afternoon set up a table in which all the students sat down for a pot luck meal. Your post brought back lots of memories. I agree sheepies make the best dog ambassadors! Marianne |

I love international dinners, meetings, etc. Our Christmas is already a little mixed up as for me little Jesus brings the presents on the 24th, after dinner and for my husband, Santa brings them on the 25th. So we get present both days! |
I work with a Marine Consultancy, anytime I bring home a guest from another country e.g. Iran, Egypt the fall in love with the sheepies immediately and we forget the business side and the conversation revolves round our lovely breed.

My husband is Polish, so every Christmas Eve we have a Polish Meal. Yummy |
