the ongoing adventures of Delilah's pups........
Today the kids went to Petsmart and I have never been 'mobbed' like we were! It was unreal and i couldn't wait to get OUT of the place!! But tonight was a wonderful time and a big surprise, (and of course you would know none of us had batteries in our camera's!) My cousin's asked us to come to their church services........Christmas pagent....... wonderful caroling, handbells etc....... but the kids asked if they could "borrow" Checkers and Calypso......... and they went in (AND BEHAVED PERFECTLY.... IT WAS A MIRACLE!) with the 'Shephards" into the manger at the front of the church........... now my two angels are demolishing each other in the motel room again....... so much for them lasting............ The weather is FREEZING ICE here in Texas and colder than at home in Colorado.......... not sure when the roads will be drivable........we'll see when we head north again....... |

Are you sure about colder? We called Mr. J's grandmother today and it was 17 degrees ...at least in denver and saw on the news that Colorado Springs had snow. |

| well, we have made it as far as Dalhart Texas and ordered in Pizza Hutt...... It is freezing cold and raining more than i have seen in a year! Maybe here for a day or so, we'll see in the morning. | Phew, that's as far as I thought you'd get, glad you holed up! So happy the kids are enjoying this adventure, lots of tummy rubs from Mom. Now you be careful out on the ice/snow/rain with the kids. |
| The kids and i are home. Delilah was eccstatic to see the babies... the babies were ecstatic to see all the SNOW here!! And they have romped and played some of their energy out!!! |
