Sheepie friendly housing in twin cities MN, need help
As many know, my hubby and I are searching for a new place to rent as we prepare to buy a home- we need some additional time, probably about a year, to get everything in order. In the meantime, we are out looking for a rental that is oes and kitty friendly. Does anyone who is renting, or has rented with sheepies have any advice for finding pet friendly housing? It is really hard to find someone who will permit a larger breed dog, along with (gasp) 2 CATS!!! Oh no, not TWO OF THEM! (sorry, I couldn't help myself). I really appreciate any help anyone can give! Karen  |

| Actually, it was really hard to find a place here that would rent to someone with so many pets, but I offered to sign a contract stating I would replace or repair any damages, and said I didn't think there would be any. That seemed to do the trick, and i was never asked to actually sign anything to that effect, but it seemed to reassure them that I offered to. Just make sure you save a few hundred dollars in an account so that if your dog to be tears up a floor or chews off a door jamb that you're ready for it. |
