I really don't understand why any owner would choose an aminal shelter that has a policy of 3 days hold only before putting the dog to sleep. I mean it is one thing the owner is in some kind of hardship and has to surrender the dog, its another thing to dump the dog in a small shelter knowing the dog only has 3 days!  |
| The thing is, this shelter's owner turn in policy is they don't even have to hold the 3 days! So you could walk in, hand over the leash, sign the paper and they could walk the dog back and euthanize it. Yuck! |
| Poor guy, he looks so happy. Is there anything I can help do? If someone can pull him, I can help with transport if needed. I'm in Kansas City. |
