| Since my team beat Mizzou and made this possible for both tOSU and LSU, ya'll are welcome. We played the most complete game of any team I've seen this year - on both sides of the ball. (And I watch a lot of games) It's fun to watch them play up to their potential. I only wish they had done it all year. And thanks to all of the temporary fans cheering for us last night.
I had to laugh at the talking heads this morning. They were proclaiming my team as playing the best football right now and pushing for them to be in the BCS game. Sorry, but we didn't do what needed to be done to get there - they are so stupid. In this weird football year, I don't think that any of the top teams are playing at the level of the top teams of last year. And yes, that includes my team (with the exception of yesterday - where were they earlier this season?). So good luck to those with teams in the bowl games. Hopefully Mizzou doesn't file the lawsuit and gum up the fun. |
| Mom of 3-- I sure agree about the weird year of football. The Buckeyes weren't even supposed to be ranked this year, and they have made it to the National Championship due to a very strange turn of events. Not sure they can do it against LSU ( I think your team rocks Wynn ) but we are having a good time hoping!!! Love our Buckeyes!

USC got robbed. If only John David Booty didn't get injured in the middle of the season  And I was so hopeful, too--Mark Sanchez (the backup QB) is WAY hotter than JDB, but oh well...

My kids spent the weekend with her a few weeks ago and Hayley came home screaming, Go Buckeyes!! Ryan is an ASU fan after attending a home coming game with my Sister this year.
My college was not a big one and their teams sucked.  So I root for NO college teams. |

That is what is on the t-shirts the kids have... with a green leaf. Actually--- a "Buckeye" is a nut- a poisionous nut. The nut got it's name from Native Americans that thought it looked like a Bucks eye- you know - a deer. The candy came later 
So-- to sum it up... Buckeyes are tuff ( Bucks with antlers ready to fight) and sweet ( like the candy)  |
