any recomm. this year for new places to buy gift baskets?
My grandmother in law (pretty out of it and heart is failing) lives in a tiny room and has no room for anything. Though she will be sending US food too, I feel there's no need to send her anything but food [and pics] as well. She seems to love her chocolate and nuts. Beer too, but not sure in her present health that we should send that.  Just not sure where I want to buy.
I have either done or still looking at the sites below, but I wanted to know if I missed any other BIG ones with delicious nuts, chocolate, or cheese/ham/crackers combo. Unfortunately that's where she's sending crap to us from!! 
Normally I wouldn't send food to someone sending us food but like I said... there aren't many options we haven't done for someone in her condition and I'm not even sure she'll remember what we got the next day.
