Congratulations on your pug and his grand age. Smaller breeds seem to have a longer life span then larger breeds. 17 is awesome and I hope you have him around to celebrate that milestone in the new year. 
We just lost an OES earlier this year, she was 18 years and 1 week old when she crossed the bridge. 
Another member here has a blue heeler cross and he turned 18 this year and still going strong. |
| There was a 22 yr old Chihuahua that was on the Chihuahua list last year. Not sure if the dog is still alive though. |
