I just read in our local paper (town of 4500) That 3 puppies were put in a box, closed and put in front of someones garbage bin for pick up. The fellow who owns the house where the pups were found was lucky to be home usually working but had a doc appt and heard them crying. On a happy note the pups all found homes. Now they are trying to find out who it was for charges to be laid.
