| OK, seriously Marianne, you're killing me here. Curiosity got me because I wanted to see what you're up to. But, after broken pelvis kitty, I clicked with trepidation and sure enough "exploding eye"? OMG Marianne, please put a warning for EXTREMELY SAD next time. Because I'm dying here!
Keep up the good work though Marianne, your heart is unbelievably HUGE and there's a special place in heaven for people like you. Just seriously, I need a warning next time because I can only do so much sad with animals. But I'm so relieved that dear animal gets to come live with you. I don't know how you do it, my hearts breaking with the suffering going on. |

| Hi Everyone!
Thanks so much for the comments but just to clarify I haven't got him yet..the date for the meeting is this coming Sat. I dislike driving so much and one of the rides fell through so I'm going to have the make the last leg of the journey myself..so crossing my fingers we all don't get lost and manage to meet up in a strange city. 
I can't wait and i"ll let you know when I've got him home! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nov 10th UPDATE _ I'm HOME!!!! The wait across the boarder was long..over 2 hrs as it's Remembrance Day tomorrow (Nov 11) and thus a long weekend. We all found each other easily enough as usually people don't walk around a theater with a pink cat carrier.
I'm glad that I insisted he have a vet certificate and recent rabies certificate as you never know when they will ask to see it. If you don't they seize the animal at the boarder and that's an experience I wouldn't want Micky to have to go through. Well they did ask, so luckily I had all the papers. Whew. I'll write updates and post pics when he's feeling better. Right now he's resting in a quiet room to get used to his forever home. Marianne |
