New look to the OES website
This is your favorite(?) webmaster Ron here, trekking across the USA. Today, Joan and I are in Dallas, Texas. Texas is trying to make us feel right at home with frigid temperatures. I would tell it that it needn't go to such bother, but I don't know where to talk to the State. I've made a little change to the look of the http://www.oes.org website.
