Help Request: Red/Pink hair - What's the Cause/Cure
I have a question regarding my Buttons the Wonderdog... of course she is the Wildthing/Beast who is by far the owner of all vehicles, beds, food, and fluffy stuffed toys that exist in this household.... ok... enough! Question  She is having bad hair Days/Weeks/Months/Years and it is actually turning pink/red and especially around/under her ears.... is this normal? Can I alter this process or get her back to her normal Whitehead?
Any suggestions except a dog psychologist would be sincerely appreciated! Sheepishly Yours and Many Thanks in Advance!  |

Have you brought her to a vet? That would be my first step... On another forum, people also suggested that pink hair could be allergies. Is she having any discharge from her ears? It sounds too like something could be leaking from her ears if it's under and around... I'm not an expert though!

| I would definately agree with Suzanne - it sounds like there may be wax from the ears that is causing the problem, so you might want to use some ear wash to help out the problem. But I would definately recommend getting her to a vet to find out for sure.
