My sister and her family have been babysitting for her managers 3 older dogs while she is in Europe. ( can't remember the breed - they look like little lambs - and my sister has told me a million times what they are ) They have all kinds of health and anxiety problems, and my niece and sister have taken such good care of Larry, Mo and Curly. One is diabetic, one has Cushings, and one is very nervous without his toys when his Mama is away. That brings us to Max- the thief!!! Saturday- My sister called and wanted to know if by some chance Max had wandered across the field to their house and "borrowed" Mo's stuffed bunny. It was missing, and he had been crying all morning. His Mama was due to pick them up at 3- and Traci was frantic. "No- we hadn't seen it- but "Yes- John could check outside and around the house" He looked and looked and looked. NO bunny. So-- poor Mo cried and whimpered all afternoon, while all of us turned the houses and outside upside down. Nothing doing but I looked too- even with the wrist issue. Well Mom came and picked up the boys. She was fine with the loss--- everyone kissed bye and they were on their way. Fast forward to an hour ago.... John came in the house carrying the bunny. It was hidden in the mulch in front of the house, and John dug it up when he doing some work in the shrubs. It was like the "Everybody loves Raymond" episode where Deborah tells Marie she doesn't have the canister.... for any Raymond fans out there- you know the panic when Deborah found she did indeed have the canister. There is no doubt Max stole it... I don't know when or how... but he did. Could he have stuffed it in his cheeks and snuck it home??? I am calling Traci right now... and washing the bunny so she can return it to poor Mo. Max- what would we do without ya???!!! |

It sure sounds like Max is making up for lost time in the naughtiness department! I'm glad Mo got his bunny back Are they Bedlington Terriers, by any chance? They always look like lambs to me! |

That was my first thought when I heard "lamb" and "anxiety". The only Bedlington I have ever known was completely neurotic. Here's a link to a picture of them: http://www.pups4sale.com.au/bedlington_ ... ps_03a.jpg |

The poor things- they are so wound up all the time. Never relaxed, but just cute as buttons! |
Yeah, Max! Still up to those sheepie antics! Keep upi the good work!
As for the Beddlington Terriers, doesn't Carl have one or some? |
Obe and Max would get along great. If dogs could go to court for theft Obe would be an habitual criminal. The list is to long for toys I have found that did not belong to him. |
hahahaa...that is too funny...Max you sneaky, sneaky boy! |
Max sounds like a fun kinda guy |
Oh, bad boy Max. Poor MO, no bunny. |
I am so happy that Max feels good enough to be thieving his neighbor's toys! |
Ahh Poor Max hes probably gutted you found it !! |
Carl and Michelle have Jeffurry, the Bedlington Terrorist.
I think they are sooooo cute. Are they usually hyper? |
