Nigel hates the vacuum so...
I start to vacuum with my back to the hallway. I am just getting up some speed when I hear this ear splitting puppy bark right next to my right ear. Needless to say he scared the c*@p out of me. I was almost the one who peed on the rug this time. It was a sheepie stealth attack. Geez...what a knucklehead! |

George was that way for a while, big scaredy cat. In fact that was the last time (knock on wood) that he had an accident in the house, and that was a couple of months ago! He was the easiest dog I've ever potty trained! And before the vacuum incedent, he hadn't had a boo-boo in a few weeks.  |
| Violet loves the sounds of motors purring. When I am vaccuming she will lay right in my way. I can use the hose all over her body and she never moves a muscle. lol Hopefully your sheepies will get to that point one day. Violet has never been afraid of any motor run item other then last night when the a/c started to act up...my neighbor came over right away and said it sounded like a machine gun. Violet/China came taring into the house as fast as they could and hid in my bedroom. For those who care, the fan just came loose, hubby fixed it. |

I dont vac that often so dont think Summer has head it.  She attacks the sweeping brush, so I sprayed it with behaviour spray. Hubby dont know that trick so he cant work out why she attacks the garden brush and not the indoor one  |

| ok call me crazy but for 13 years my girl daytona i can't vacumn, i have to put her in the car .. ok i had trainers out here nothing works she goes crazy found out she has a hole in her eardrum so she they say it hurts her but still i need to clean up after 13 years lol |

You call it something else! cant remember what. It is a spray smells like strong lemons that you spray on stuff so they dog wont lick it or chew it etc. |

Marianne Ironically out of my pack, it's Panda that goes on stealth attack when the vacuum is on..he's not afraid of it, but Merlin is. Whenever it's on, Panda races to the kitchen and counter surfs ..the only time he does as he KNOWS Merlin is cowering somewhere. Marianne |

| Loud noises don't seem to bother Dutch but dark does , at nite she will stand at the door and look back and forth to me and outside and when I step outside she will just go to the edge of the grass to pee and then hustles back inside |
| My German Shepherd, Harley (at the bridge) used to attack the vacuum cleaner. He would always appear from around a corner, pounce on it and grab it and try to shake it.
The funniest part is when I would turn the vacuum off. He would walk by, like in slow motion and just stare it. The first time my hubby saw him do this he said, "OMG, what is wrong with him?" I said, Nothing! This is what he does. I called it his tip toe move in slow mo. I think he was sizing up the enemy, waiting for it to turn on so he could attack. After I got my Dyson.... Harley had to be put outside when I vacuumed. I didn't want teeth marks on my "good" vacuum. |
