First there was a shooting in one of our schools in downtown Cleveland. A 14 year old went into his school and shot 2 kids and 2 teachers then shot himself - he died the others are ok. A train derailed right near where I work and they had to evcuate everyone. 112 cars and 30 of them went off track about 12 of them filled with ethenol gas it's burned all day. They are afraid of the propain one blowing . Everyone living in the area are staying in shelters. This day is crazy |

I say ditto... two guys escaped from a JDC here in Marysville OH-
AND- I fell and sprained my wrist today. |
We just got word in St. Louis, Michael Devlin...(he kidnapped Shawn Hornbeck and kept him for 4 years ...and another boy...terrorizing ( and molesting those poor children every day...until he was finally caught. ) plead guilty and was sentence to 600 years in prison....
(some GREAT news for all --he will never hurt another child again). |
Too bad he can't actually do 600 years in prison. If only the sentences made people live long enough to do all the time. |

There was an episode of "Tales from the Dark Side" where a scientist had developed a way that they could keep your brain alive (forever?) and dreaming your most beautiful things... for $10 million.
Abe Vigoda played a dying gangster and paid the money. His brain was umm, prepared, and the dreams started. Then the scientist proceeded to tell Abe (or the viewer, I forget) that Abe had killed his sister, and he changed the program to running perpetual nightmares. One of my faves! |
Good one Ron...sounds perfect to me. |

I felt bad after I posted this- all of those real, sad , sad, problems out there- and I am whining about my wrist |
Oh my! |
The other day two tanker trucks skid into each other, blind spot on road and 3 other cars hit them. Everyone off to hospital, no one died. Road closed from 11:30 am until 7:30 am next day one truck has gas, other explosives for the oil patch?? Although we were told it was oil. Small town things get out. No spillage just was hard to get the truck out of the without doing more damage. |
