The first gives you the amount of calories you expend on a normal day, based on a variety of factors that you type in. (Just sort of an FYI thing... so you have a better understanding of what you're taking in vs. what you're burning off.) http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html The other website asks what you currently weigh, what you want to weigh, the time frame for your goal, and then gives you the amount of calories to consume each day in order to get there. http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/calories-goal.php This is just some basic information, but I think it's pretty helpful.
