Second the monkey had dug a hole to get under the fence just a small hole and I would not think he could fit but it is chain link. So he got out twice and went to the side door before I found it. First time the thought he got out the side door the second time I knew better. So a nice rock there and wood. He went running up to the hole to go under and found the rock and it was what the h___ is that. And turned around a went to play. That was 2 days ago and I just went out fence checking and no new holes. I can put up with anything but hate the fear that he can get out. He gets his needles today and an actual weight I know he is over 26 lbs our Sami at this age was 16 lbs Not log in EJ |

That always worried me with fencing. they are to easy to dig under, got to find something to put in front. |
yup wood. We are to put up a new fence next summer. Not chain link. I am thinking the pre made once to are closed in so you can not see out. We live on a street were the kids walk up to school and yes my dogs know more kids then I do, hoping this cuts down on morning barking. We live on a corner lot and my back yard is like a side yard so the dogs get a great view. |
I remember going through that more with China then Violet. One day, while I was out in the backyard with ChIna she found a small hole in the fence and went into it...the downside was it was a privacy fence on both sides and a cyclone fence sandwiched between the two. Mind you at the time China was maybe 9 wks old. Anyway, I was able to direct her by calling her name and sticking my hand in and finally got her out, The reason she went into the hole was that her mother/father/siblings' kennel was in the next yard butted up to the fence, she just wanted to visit. She was so excited when I got her out and she never attempted to "go visiting" with out me again. lol (China is now almost four years old) |
