I really enjoy this show....another surprise for me, when I started watching it several seasons ago. I like reality shows that take you "inside" a particular profession, or skill. It interesting to me just how much ability and creativity modeling actually takes, and I love that they talk to these young women about taking charge of their careers and being good businesswomen.   |

Well, you know Tyra is on this "SO WHAT" campaign. 
For those that aren't aware of it, it's basically "SO WHAT" if you weigh XX amount, be proud. I'm sure that's where the show idea stems from. Lil Walty, that sounds like fun. |
Yay!!!  I love this show!! I've been watching it since the 1st season (except, I didn't watch the season where Naima won). Miss J gets weirder and weirder each year... I wonder what he'll look like now. If he keeps adding ruffles to his shirts for the girls, pretty soon you won't be able to see his face.
I don't think it would be as interesting with a bunch of average people on there either. They always have a few strange ones though that don't look like models... like Jael or Lisa (the drunk girl from a few seasons back...she wasn't pretty at all!!). I hope they pick a great winner this year! Jaslene was annoying and too skinny and looked like a man. |

| I thought it was good! I think sometimes there's a fine line between super model 'interesting' looking and just odd looking and I think that girl with the long face is more of #2...Tyra looked really pretty at the choosing scene |

I thought (like Miss J) at first that the long face girl was a horse face but the more I looked at her, the more I liked her. By the end, I wanted her in the most! That Heather girl (the one with Asperger's) had the WORST walk I've ever seen. She actually looked deformed she was so hunched. |

Okay, so who gets your vote on winning? My favorites are Saleisha and Sarah, and of course Heather is amazing! Jena's (?) picture was really awesome, but she doesn't impress me in person. Well, in person in the show, I've never met her.

| Heather does take a nice picture but I hope she doesn't win because of her disability. I'm sure growing up with Asperger's is difficult but it's not like she's missing a leg or something. I don't think it should be a reason to win, you know? That being said, I do like her and I really like Victoria. I loved her picture this week. I don't think she'll win but I think she'll be around for awhile. Bianca will be around for awhile too because she's annoying-- they love that! |
Are you guys still watching this show? They had the makeovers last time, and I have to say that Saleisha came out looking like Trudy from... Gimme a Break or Different Strokes? (I can't remember) Also, poor Bianca, although I think the makeover did wonders for her attitude. I actually liked her last night! And Saleisha was the annoying one. I like how she said (all cocky) "I will NEVER be in the bottom two!" and then, guess what?! Ha! 
Also, Heather is now my all time favorite. Forget her autism, her pictures are the best! She looked great as weeds. Reminded me of Elphaba from Wicked. Anyway, I think she's improving on her social skills with the group too. 
And finally, what is with Miss J's little orphan Annie hair at panel?!? |

| I liked horse face. I was sorry to see her go. She would've been an excellent model if she didn't think so much about modeling and kind of being almost embarrassed for being there. Yes, we know you go to Yale and that you don't wear makeup. Now just shut up and model. If you were smart, you'd remember that there's $100,000 at stake so suck it up and play the game for a few more weeks!
The hair on Jenah made her look amazing. What a difference. I like Bianca bald better than with her cheap purple weave. I like Saliesha's hair on her but, I agree, she needs to learn how to work with it. It's too easy to hide behind. |
