And I miss it every day. |

Way to go Paula |
Congrats, Paula! You're proving that it really is just one day at a time. |
WOW Paula, six months already, go girl |
That is wonderful - 6 months.
Don't worry about the missing money, I am sure you spent it on something fun and healthier than smokes! Or maybe just on gasoline. Have a wonderful 6 months smoke free celebration!! |
Start putting the moolah in a jar! LOL
Maybe not... it would be a constant reminder. It was 9 months almost to the day before I realized I had gone the entire previous day without thinking about a cigarette. That was the day that I KNEW I had it licked! You'll get there! WAY TO GO!!!! |
YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
Oh Paula! that's fabulous!!!
|
wooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 |
ALRIGHT PAULA!!!!
Keep up the good work!!! |
In other words... WAY TO GO! |
Even 20 years after totally quitting my aunt still wanted a smoke even though she knew it was what ruined her health. "How could I be so stupid??"
Listening to her gasp for air, worse and worse each year and just awful the last 3 years, made me grateful I never smoked. So the craving may be with your forever, but we are all so proud you have turned away from them. Congratulations. |
Don't ever "have a few!!!!"
IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Don't jeopardize your success for a minute of dizziness and regret! Instead, the next day you'll be proud that you avoided the temptation! |
