Wipes to help keep a sloppy mouth clean

I hate giving Rheba a bath every week or every other week. I know that she doesn't love it although doesn't hate it. I really don't want to dry out her skin from bathing too much. I am trying to keep her mouth white but it is nearly impossible. Does anyone know of a wipe, kinda like a baby wipe, that could help keep her mouth white? I know there are whitening shampoos although I wanted something that I could use on a daily or almost daily basis to stop her mouth from turing the copper/brown. I also understand that some of the brown will not go away but I am hoping for a cleaner more girly/neat look. Any suggestions?

Maybe if Rheba would learn how to drink water neatly like most dogs, she wouldn't have such a wet beard all the time! I think drinking lessons a lost cause! :D

Dove facial wipes work pretty well. You can moisten them and make them soapy and then rinse their mouths or use another non-soapy moist cloth to wipe them down.
I just use wash cloths with soap & water about once a week and that helps.
I also use just a reg. washcloth, but use baby shampoo instead, then rinse with a wet cloth. I use the baby shampoo because it rinses easily with a wet cloth and doesn't sting his eyes.
